Torito Bravo Cava’s aroma is fresh and clear with fruity notes such as apple. Also noteworthy are its brioche-like aromas as a result of over 18 months of ageing in the bottle. Such a characteristic bouquet is synonymous with well-made Cava and is a guarantee of satisfaction.

Taste
Torito Bravo Cava presents an even, column-shaped bubble stream forming beads on the surface. It has good acidity and is lively and fresh on the palate. It is well-balanced, smooth and sweet, and bids us a rich and tasty farewell.

Blend: Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay.
Ageing: 12 months minimum
Sugar content: 8 gr./l
Alcohol content: 11,5% Vol.
